Application allows Nevada Association Services to track delinquent HOA accounts for their clients. Delinquent accounts need to be sent Demand Letters, Notice of Defaults, Lien Letters and Lien Notices, Notices of Trustees Sales, simple payment plans and other documents that are either sent to the home owner and/or get recorded with the Clark County Recorders office.
The NAS application has a web interface so that clients with access can login to the system and get status reports on their accounts and so that HOA’s can sign up for service directly through the absolute-collection.com website.
NAS application also utilizes SOAP and Web Services to transmit and receive information and documents for title orders and 10-Day mailing NODs. System also allows NAS to easily transmit documents to WALZ for certified and first class mail processing.
