This demo was put together (but never delivered) for Curtis Management Consulting. It is setup as a stand-alone, single user version of the Collection & Foreclosure software.
Application allows a user to track delinquent HOA accounts for their clients. Delinquent accounts need to be sent Demand Letters, Notice of Defaults, Lien Letters and Lien Notices, Notices of Trustees Sales, simple payment plans and other documents that are either sent to the home owner and/or get recorded with the county recorder’s office. Each jurisdiction is a bit different, so the recorded documents would need to be adjusted for your state and county.
System also contains a number of built-in reports that allow the users to get tallied information at the push of a button.
System is just a demo, so it can be expanded to a SQL Server backend and setup for multiple users.
